CLASS DESCRIPTIONS

The Powerful You - I - Reverend Camille Evans
Through this course, you will gain a clear understanding of who you are in Christ, what you can do in Christ, and what you can have in Christ. Some of the topics covered will include defining what a Christian is, what faith is, what the Gospel is, as well as insight into prayer, studying the Bible, and the authority of the Believer.

Live "The Life" - Pastor Bill McRay
This course presents the core principles of how to actually live the Christian life, in conduct and in character. It also explores the Christian view versus the world’s view when it comes to how life should be lived. Prevailing issues of government and living your daily life in this world’s “system” of living will be discussed in depth through this course.

Foundations - Reverend Mick Heckinger
The Word of God is central to living the Christian life, and this course will expound on many of the foundational components that relate to your living life to the fullest. Learning how to grow spiritually will be the result of this study as it encompasses a range of topics from faith, the covenants, redemption, righteousness, and what His grace means for you, among many others.

Leadership & Serving - Pastor Dottie Ghee
All believers have a place within their individual churches that is a good fit for them to serve in. This course explores all the supportive church ministries – what they are and how they function within the church. Through this study, you will learn how you can find your role within the church and be successful in it.

The Powerful You - II - Reverend Camille Evans
Spiritual maturity can be reached through the in-depth journey this course takes as it further expounds on the fundamentals of successfully living the abundant Christian life. Some of the many areas of study in which you’ll gain insight include prayer, healing, the Spirit-filled life, Christian discipline and stewardship.

Making the Connection: Relationships - Teacher To Be Announced -
The kinds of things we all have to deal with on a daily basis can be handled effectively and successfully if you are equipped with the right knowledge and skills for your life. This course lays out the paths for successful living in areas of your personal life including relationships, the family life – marriage and singleness, and overcoming strongholds, among other things.

The 21st Century Church - Pastor Bill McRay
This exciting course covers the principles of doing what Christ commissioned us to do.
It explores what our purpose in Christ is and also answers the question of  “What does the 21st Century church mean now?”


Living to Succeed -
Reverend Camille Evans  -Facilitator
Concluding your year at the University of Christian Life, “How to Succeed” brings it all together and leaves you feeling more confident in your God-given ability to be able to live successfully as you desire. Some of the insights gained through this course will include spiritual leadership, finding your place in the Body of Christ, and how to fulfill your financial destiny.
